
You are sent emails from advertisers. When you click on any url within the email you are taken to an HTMail forwarding page which automatically pops up a feedback/code return page, and then forwards you to the advertisers page. Please return the feedback page to ensure that you are credited. Good feedback helps ensure that advertisers get benefit from our service (and are then more likely to re-order) even on the occasions when you do not want to buy their product.
The email ads have modified url's (page addresses). This can cause problems with some email software.
The email address should then automatically be entered into the feedback/code return forms when you click on the url. If it is not, you must ensure that you enter the email address that you registered when you joined HTMail into the form, or you will not be credited.
The '%40' is used insted of the '@' sign to avoid problems with certain browsers. This is replaced with the '@' sign on the feedback form.
If you do not wish to visit the advertisers page please click on the url beneath the text that says:
"If you do not wish to visit the advertisers site, please click on the link below to return the code that confirms that you have read the email." This link allows you to return your email code without visiting the advertisers site.
Please note - codes are not processed immediately. Any codes that you return to us could take up to 7 days to appear on your account. You are only credited once for the return of a unique pair of codes. Returning the same codes more than once will not result in additional credit.
You must return your codes within 10 days, or they may not be credited.
